ARCEP BENINIn accordance with the regulations of the Electronic Communications and Post Regulatory Authority (ARCEP BENIN), operators of paid WiFi services must comply with current standards:
If you install only the WiFi Connect+ Box without extension antenna, you must register as a cybercafe operator with ARCEP Benin.
If you want to add extension antennas to your installation, you must register as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to obtain authorization to connect antennas.
Important notice for Ivory Coast residents
ARTCIIn accordance with the regulations of the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Ivory Coast (ARTCI), operators of paid WiFi services must comply with current standards.
You must register as a cybercafe operator on the official ARTCI platform to comply with Ivorian law. This is mandatory for any commercial operation of a paid WiFi service.
